Red Rose Improvements provides a variety of Aging in Place modifications with lifestyle and mobility challenges in mind. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, safe living environment that will make life better for senior citizens and others who may be affected by issues of mobility.

People who are living with challenges due to aging or other mobility-related issues often face increasing challenges in the home. Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) become difficult, frustrating and many times, impossible or even painful. Mobility becomes slightly to severely limited, and safety becomes a top concern and priority.

Certified Aging in Place Specialist

Because Red Rose Improvements is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), we have been trained to meet the needs of seniors and people with disabilities facing challenges in their living spaces. Our team is trained in various professional strategies and techniques that help identify barriers or safety challenges in any living space.

Our CAPS certification and training come as part of The Certified Aging in Place Program that was developed by the National Association of Home Builders along with the AARP. We are proud to be part of this valuable program and believe it brings a great deal of value to every client and to our community as a whole.
